  • Pick up toys, clothes, organize. (unless agreed upon during booking)

  • Lift or move anything more than 50 pounds
  • Clean an unsafe property, (without water, no electricity, heat or air conditioning
  • Wall wash. (spot clean only)
  • Service clients who are disrespectful, aggressive or fail to comply to cleaner’s agreement
  • Clean outside the scope of work
  • Clean exterior of homes
  • Our cleaners are not liable to clean surfaces that may damage the original surface
  • Our Cleaners will notify you if we cannot clean something due to liability concern
